If you have any queries regarding placing an order on this site or would like to follow up an outstanding order please phone our customer service number or if you need advice about a product you wish to purchase or need to discuss your requirements please contact us.
We will endeavour to acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days. All complaints will be handled within a 7 day timescale from the date of acknowledgement. Should a complaint take any longer than this customers will be notified.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “View Basket”, then “Checkout” and you will be forwarded to the secure WorldPay site for order processing.
We will be happy to provide a refund or exchange for any item provided it is returned in as new condition within 14 days of your order being placed.
